Due to the perishable nature of our premium dry-aged steaks and food products, Peter Luger Steak House does not accept returns or exchanges. We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or credit for any items that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Upon delivery, please immediately examine your package to ensure the vacuum seal is intact and the product is still at a safe, chilled temperature.

    Document Issues

    If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the documentation of your issue to initiate a claim.

    Resolution Review

    Our quality assurance team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.
