How is my steak order shipped to ensure freshness?

All steaks are vacuum-sealed and shipped via overnight delivery in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect, chilled condition.

Does Peter Luger ship to all 50 states?

Yes, we ship our USDA Prime beef and famous sauces to all 50 states. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional delivery charges.

Can I return meat products if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

What makes Peter Luger beef different from grocery store meat?

We exclusively source USDA Prime beef, which represents the top 2% of all beef in the US. Every cut is hand-selected by our family members and dry-aged in our own facilities for optimal flavor and tenderness.

How long can I store the steaks in the freezer?

While we recommend enjoying your steaks immediately for the best quality, they can be kept in their original vacuum-sealed packaging in the freezer for up to 6 months.
